I specialize in working with teens, adults, couples, and families navigating the lasting effects of trauma, anxiety, grief, and relational struggles. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, integrating family systems work, somatic therapy, and practical tools to support deep, lasting healing—mind and body. Whether we’re processing painful past experiences, addressing patterns in relationships, or helping you feel more present and grounded, I offer a space where healing can unfold at your pace.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m a mom to four kids and have been married for over 20 years—so I understand the real-life challenges, beauty, and complexity that come with relationships, parenting, and holding it all together.
